First Secretary General of United Nations was Trygve Lie from 2nd February 1946 to 10th November 1952. Although Gladwyn Jebb served as acting Secretary General of UN from  24th October 1945 to 1st February 1946.  Trygve Lie born on 16th July 1896 in Norway . He was a Norwegian Politician and served as Foreign Minister of Norway .
