Election Commission of Pakistan is given responsibility to conduct general election and local bodies election across Pakistan. General Elections are held after the period of 5 years and Local bodies elections are conducted after 4 years in each province and federal capital of Pakistan. Election Officer main job responsibility is to look after the process of election before and after election , compiling voter lists of the district in which they are posted.
